Established
in 1979, Le Gavroche is set in a gently refurbished two-storey
Victorian house with a fireplace, an upstairs terrace and
a sweeping view of Vancouver's Coast Mountains and breathtaking
harbour.
With a private dining room on the
main floor Le Gavroche can accommodate private parties or
business groups with fine European flair.
Avant Garde twists to classic French
cuisine combined with sensuous simplistic sauces, the lightest
natural stocks and uncommon aromatic herbs provide a dining
experience like none other.
Amongst the finest desserts served,
"Madame's" Lili Cake is a patisserie triumph unequaled
anywhere.
